A while back I ran into an old friend of mine from high school. Apparently he’s now doing very well and making quite a bit of money in real estate. It seems like more and more people are getting into real estate now days. I’ve actually been thinking about trying it out for myself. I always see various properties that are selling way below market value. Perhaps I should start buying them.
