A friend of mine is getting married and I really cant decide what kind of groomsmen gift to give him. I’ve never really had to buy this sort of thing and I don’t really know what’s appropriate for this kind of occasion. My girlfriend said she would pick something out, but I don’t know if I want her to do that. I’m sure anything she picks out will be obvious that it wasn’t something that I would buy.

Tomorrow I think I’m finally going to buy a new elliptical exercise machine. I’ve been looking at ellipticals for a while now and I really want one. They’re supposed to be a lot better than just walking on a standard treadmill, which is what I’m currently using. My girlfriend is probably going to yell at me for buying myself something like that right before Christmas, but I want an elliptical really bad.

A friend of mine has been looking at luxury homes for a while now. He and his girlfriend are starting their family and they really need a decent house. They live in an apartment right now and it’s really just to small to try and start a family in. He called me yesterday and told me that he thinks he’s found the perfect house. I’m going to go look at it with him on Monday.

Yesterday I had to go out and buy a new HDMI cable for my DVD player. For some reason my old HDMI cable stopped working all of a sudden. After using HDMI I can really tell a difference between standard RCA type cables and HDMI connection. The picture is so much clearer using HDMI. I really didnt think there was that big of a difference.
