I have a large family and I’m seriously thinking about investing an RV. Now my credit isn’t all that it should be and one of the requirements for getting RV financing is to have good credit. Since my wife is the one with the good credit score I’m going to let her try to get it for us. One thing’s for sure I don’t plan on us purchasing it on a whim. We are already prepared to shop around and check out the banks and even our credit union to see what they come up with.

I recently purchased a new car. Before I decided on my final purchase, I called around to get prices on auto insurance. I think all insurance companies charge way too much for a policy. For a perfect driving record, you should get a much lower rate. All people are now paying more money because of all the claims the companies pay for others reckless driving habits. I think they should be rewarded, instead of punished. Some companies do offer discounts on their auto insurance for having less claims and no tickets, but not all companies do this.

A friend of mine recently ordered a nice Dodge Charger accessory package online. It came very quick and the quality of the accessories was way beyond his expectations. I wish I could afford a Dodge Charger. I can’t even afford the accessory package. I really need to start budgeting more so that I can save up for a new car. I don’t really want to have to get a car loan.

I’ve been helping a friend of mine rebuild the engine in his truck for about 2 weeks now. We’ve almost got it done and now he’s looking for some nice truck accessories to make it look as good as it runs and sounds. It’s really shaping up to be a very nice hotrod truck. I need to start working on my own project car in my spare time.

This weekend I’m going to be helping a friend of mine replace his Mustang exhaust system. He purchased all of the parts for it about 2 months ago and hasent had the time or help to put it on. I offered to help him and his face lit up like a kid in a candy store. Hopefully we can get everything working without messing anything up in the process.

A friend of mine who works for a custom car body shop has been telling me about this new plasma cutter they’ve been using lately. He said that it allows them to fabricate and customize various parts and chasis with ease. It works fast and doesnt require a preheat cycle which is nice. I’ve heard of different shops and construction companies using plasma cutters but I’ve never actually seen one in action for myself.

My office had a little contest the other day and I won a new radar detector. I had previously never really even thought about buying a radar detector, but I have to admit, I really love it. It works so much better than I could have imagined and it actually saved me from a speeding ticket the first day I put it in my car. I would recommend it to everyone.

I think I’m going to go ahead and buy this new truck toolbox I’ve been looking at for my work truck. The toolbox that I want is the Delta Champion aluminum single-ld low profile crossover model  and it goes for a little over 300 bucks. My current truck toolbox isn’t looking so great anymore and it’s time for a much needed upgrade.
