I’ve been reading about lots of different weight loss supplements for the last few months and a new one I’m hearing about is Conjugated Linoleic Acid or CLA for short. I don’t really know all of the facts about it yet, but I know it contains a certain fatty acid that’s essential for your body to absorb vitamins and is supposed to be great for your diet.
